Refund Policy

At Bloom & Nest, many of our items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings

  • Slight variations in placement, printing, or finish consistent with made-to-order production

  • Personalized or custom items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

3. Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been submitted.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after purchase and only if production has not yet started. Once an order enters production, we may be unable to cancel it.
