Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Bloom & Nest is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package appears lost or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for issues marked delivered by the carrier.
